Parent Verifying ???

Can anyone help ?
Some friends are looking at a bull that is for sale and he was born in May 2005. Does he need to be parent verified ?
What is the ruling on this ?

Since the bull was born before October 2005 he does not require verification. If he were born after October 1st he could still be registered, but the card would be stamped not parent verified.

You need to find out if the bull is registered, and if not, was he birth notified. It will get very complicated if he was not birth notified. Then you will need the parent verification etc.

They have been told that as he has a " M " in front of his reg number then it is fine and they can use him for breeding.
