short legged bulls - CAN HE DO THE JOB?

I HAVE THREE COWS READY FOR THE BULL :i saw an advert for a two year old bull thought i could buy him let him do the work and then send him off for slaughter:he is a very beefy AND short legged bull :my cows are non short and i am concerned whether he will be able to reach!!! IS THIS LIKELY?

The best plan is to put him in the field next to the cows, tell him firmly that he is not to jump the fence and get up to any mischief, and the job will be done.

Joking apart, most short legged Dexter bulls will manage quite a size of cow of other breeds, so other Dexters should not be a problem.
