Good publicity on BBC 1 this week for Dexter beef.
Local producer and member of the beef scheme, Damien Tumelty, showed his herd and spoke about the importance of grass fed beef production. The chef went on to cook T-bone steak as a Christmas treat.

It was a NI regional programme but ahould be available on iPlayer for everyone.
