Are there any younger dexter owners out there?

Hello. My name is Harriet and I'm a 14 year old dexter owner. I bought my first cow a year ago and we now have a small herd with two new calves!
I was wondering if there were any other younger dexter owners out there.

Hello Harriet,
no one has responded so far, but i know of a few very keen junior Dexter breeders. Where do you live?, Amy Westwood lives near Stratford upon Avon, she is one of the juniors on the main page of this website.

Hi Harriet,

I am replying in mum's name, as she also has a large dexter herd. My name is Ellie I'm 12 years old and have my own little herd of dexters. They are all short legged and look like little dumplings! I have a old cow with a little heifer at foot and another much younger cow with a heifer at foot. I was also wondering if there was any other younger dexter owners and I'm glad that you wrote that message.

Hi ellie. I'm harriet. I have 9 cows although only 5 of them are with us at the moment because two of my cows and their calves have gone to the bull. My first cow is called rascal and I've taken her to most of the shows near to us this year.
I think we should have a young dexter owner club or something. I know a couple of other people who might be interested in joining.

I live near tiverton in devon. I know a couple but I'm always interested to meet new dexter fans!
