This morning the following email has been sent to the Dexter Cattle Society secretary for the Council meeting today, 23rd September 2015.
It has been copied to all present trustees.
I do not think members are being given sufficient current information on society matters.

13. COMMUNICATIONS
13.1 Council will communicate the results of its deliberations as soon
as possible after meetings or explain why there is a delay.
Could Council explain under the terms of the above bye-law why the
last, limited, meaningful information on proceedings of Council
meetings relates to the meeting held on 20th March 2015.
There have been 2 Council meetings since then 1st June 2015 and
10th August 2015.
Could I respectfully request that an explanation be displayed on the
Dexter Cattle Society website as soon as possible.
