Open Day at Steve & Kay Darnbrook who are having a farm walk @ Cleughside, Bailey, 
Newcastleton TD9 0TR. On Sunday 23rd August arriving @ 10.00-10.30 for 
coffee.Viewing the herds of South Devons & Dexters. Followed by lunch.

What a good turn out we had for this event, Kay & Steve certainly pulled all the stops out to make this a very enjoyable weekend for those who went to the sat social and we where blessed with lovely weather on the Sunday. You needed your walking legs on to view all their cattle and for the ones some distance from home we had transport via trailers. The area is spectacular on a sunny day, but I take my hat of to Kay looking after all their animals on grey days.

The food spread Mark and Kay has put on did some restaurants competition thank you Mark for cooking all the beefburgers which where very yummy and anyone else who helped make the day so enjoyable. Once I have got my photo's sorted i will put some up on the North of England Group website.

I'm sure everyone who attended will join me in saying a hugh thanks you to Kay, Steve and Mark for a really great day out.
