Barrow Herd

[Silver Maple Dexters JMC]

Hello UK friends,

I came across Player's cigarette card from 1915 with the dexter cow Barrow Bee 2nd displayed. The card was part of British Livestock Series of cards from Player.

I wanted to ask if someone could share more information about the Barrow herd of Dexters?

Martin H. Gibbs, Barrow Court, Bristol, Somerset is listed in the 1918 Herd Book I have with the Barrow prefix. Barrow Bee 2nd was still in the herd then.
