Had an email from a couple looking to start the first Dexter herd in the Czech Republic. They want 15-20 bulling heifers and an UN related bull, non-short and preferably black.
Looked him up, they look like a nice outfit, rare breeds, organic produce, looks like a petting/educational farm, big outfit by the looks of it.
Anyone else heard from him?

Re: cattle for czech republics first dexter herd
Yes he has been in touch with me, but I aren't interested in sending cattle that far, even if I had that many for sale.
Re: cattle for czech republics first dexter herd
I thought in a private top spec cattle box all of their own they would be quite comfortable, (the transport firm is in Holland and looks top draw).
Anyway, I think the chap is willing to pay good money. Anyone who has heifers/cows just bulling, could look at 650 a head.

I've got 7 organic registered heifers that I'm going to need to advertise for sale due to loss of summer grazing. Much too nice to send to the abattoir ....
Would anyone be willing to pass on his contact details?
