Good coverage for Dexter Beef and particularly for unusual cuts with butcher demonstrating on the Raymonde Blanc programme tonight on BBC2 Like most I am sure on a good sunny evening we were not watching live but some friends in England e-mailed. Since found it on the I-player well worth a watch.
