We have a two week old orphan non-short steer calf (black) available if any one is interested. He has had plenty of colostrum and is feeding well, (currently on bottle - but he will still suckle cows). Melton Mowbray area.

I hope you find a needy dam but if you are stuck for a home for it we can rear it along with our dairy bulls on milk replacer. It's a bit of a distance though, so perhaps not the best solution.
