No, haven't had any silage eye Colin.........not yet anyhow!
It's very soft and fluffy barley straw, maybe that's why?

my dexters eat barley straw as a preference to my good quality hay. I supplement with sugar beet (with care) or spuds. This year I have fed one box of spuds a month and the cattle look fantastic
