Unless someone knows different, I believe there has to be 60 days between tests.

In Scotland any cattle from 1 or 2 year testing areas moved here need pre movement and post movement testing, as do imports from Ireland, north and south. I had a situation recently where a herd test was being done only one week after the movement on of two bulls, one English and one Northern Irish. I had to exclude the two new bulls from the herd test as this would have messed up the post movement test, and just did their private post movement test last week. So if you buy in any cattle they may need to be excluded from the herd test but it could be wise to ask for a post movement test even if this is not required by law.
Your own vet can easily check with Animal Health if there is any doubt, but make sure they are aware of the situation before they arrive to do your test.
