Lumps

Hi I wonder if anyone can help I have just noticed one of my steers has lumps covering both front 'knees', it is almost as those he has lain down in a nest of ants or something similar and then been bitten. There are no lumps anywhere else on him and none of the other steers in the field are affected. Apart from the lumps he seems fine and is grazing happily. I did put some swish on him about a week ago but it seems a strange place if it is a reaction to this. Thanks
