Log in/reregistration - Problems

I have reregistered myself on this forum as for some reason it would not let me on in my previous guise of Louise B. I don't know why this was and of course I have had to use an old email address to overcome that issue.
I found it difficult to see a way of communicating with the board's administrator over this as the forgotten password link is not working.
