just curious (maybe I am being really thick?, I am sure someone will tell me!) but on the page 'click here to view the topics' is a list of users currently on line. I understand 'guests' as people who can look but not comment. However I got to thinking about members and anonymous members. Is an anonymous member someone who choses to use a pseudonym, eg Mrs Mouse, or is it someone whose identity is unknown to all? Just wondering what the thinking was behind this option?

anonymous members?
Oh dear, are we supposed to log off after use, like bank sites etc, I just leave this site logged on. Saves remembering yet another password. Come to think of it if I do get logged off that will be the last you hear from me because I haven't a clue what I used as a password. Here's hoping, do I hear :D

Is n't there somewhere you can find out Sylvia. You could e-mail Mark Bowles and he would let you know (hope so) and then write it down somewhere safe -- thats what i do. The trouble is that there are so many passwords to remember i.e. for the bank, the phone people etc. If you do get blanked you will have to re-join under an alias!:)

When I access the board I go by 'Favorites', which shows two sites, both of which will get me in.
If I go in the one that shows the official DCS heading with the logo, all I have to do is enter 'w', click, and log on.
If I click the site that bypasses the official logo I have to re-start, because the cattleforsale site doesn't remember me, and neither do I!!
