I'll probably be mugged by a horsey daughter into going along to The Royal Welsh Show again this year. I had a mooch around the show lines last year but didn't actually speak to any Dexter people. Is there anyone who'd be prepared to speak to me, an absolute beginner this year for five minutes ? I'm not a bad lad honest :D infact, I think I'm a good old bloke in the making.
I'm not sure which day bossy boots will have me making the treck yet. :D

I will not be at the Royal Welsh show, and really only post this since a lot of those who will be there with Dexters will not necessarily read this discussion board. So do not be afraid to go to the Dexter lines and introduce yourself to some of the exhibitors. Your are gauranteed to get a good response if you say nice things about the exhibits.... But seriously, do approach them and speak. Probably best to avoid the busy time when animals are being taken to and from the ring though, as this can be tricky point for exhibitors making sure they are in the right place at the right time. But early on or after the classes are over you will find most Dexter exhibitors all to happy to talk dexter with newcomers.
