If you use the DCS site, you can get a full screen, without the heading, by using the address http://www.dextercattle.co.uk/Home.htm. This helps to get more on the screen especially when using the pedigree section.

Also, for PC users with Internet Explorer (not Mac's), if you hit F11 you should get a full screen browser window. Hitting F11 again restores the browser.

If you want even more, if you go to the top where you have the menu bar (when in full screen mode) and right click, then select "Auto-Hide", even that will disappear until you move the cursor to the top.

You probably already know this but for those who don't, I thought it might be helpful.

Thanks Clive for the tip, I am an absolute novice when it comes to computers, I had just commented to Mark that anyone who uses the board is bound to learn something new, and again Mark gratitude from all of us for inventing it..
With Mark’s help I am back, and feel like a young calf just let out to spring grass!!

Welcome back Beryl. I thought you'd gone on holiday or got fed up with the board!

The absence was involuntary. I woke one morning to find myself demoted to ‘guest’ and have been struggling to find my way back ever since. As I said, I am a novice when it comes to computers! Can anyone tell me why, when I go to the DCS web site, I find parts are overwritten. Is it something I do?

Beryl - I get the same. It's not you.

Also, Google Earth has recently updated many of the images (aerial picture - maps). Greater resolution and a little later than the previous images. Google Earth

Also, hope I'm not boring you, if you use the Multipmap link on my entry (Broomcroft in Shropshire) on the Dexter Beef Online site, click on the Aerial view button and zoom in, you can see the tractor doing the harvest.
