For Sale
This is a prior warning that at least a third of my Dexters (and possibly up to a half) will have to go before the end of the year. Things are not working out as I'd hoped, in any respect at all, at present. Everyone on offer will be submitted (with picture) in due course but I'm wondering if it might be possible to organise a viewing day or days and one leaving day so I can get all the sold animals TB tested in one go. Does anyone have any other ideas about how I can handle this? Also, if I can't sell like this what are my other options?
Have you thought about having a proper dispersal sale? It could be combined with lots from other herds- we could have an actual proper sale, which would not only be better for buyers, but also probably get vendors a better price and help indicate prices... It could well be worth at least discussing it with BJP or CTF?
