thats a lovely photo you have just put on the main page. I am interested to know if the white in her tail would exclude her from lineage assessment

The breed standard says whole colour red,thats what applies to the linear scheme........ what do you think?

The breed standard also says:

'a little white will not disqualify. Bulls a small amount on the organs of generation and in the tassle of the tail. Cows a small amount on the udder and underline, in the tassle of the tail and on the vulva. There must be no white forward of the navel or on any other part of the body.'

By the definition given for the lineage classification I think you answer currently would be no.
