What are the 'going rates' for a cow to come and visit a bull over the autumn/winter months?

£1 a day outside on grass, £1.50 a day outside on silage/hay, £2 a day inside? Plus a service fee say £35 per cow. I don't know really, but those are the sort of figures I've heard others suggest.
