AI bulls - who can give me advise about ai bulls
I wouldn't like to give advice about using a particular bull but if you can see pictures of female relatives it is often a better indication of what the progeny will be than looking at the bull himself. So if there are any pictures available to you of the Dams of any of these bulls, sisters, aunties or better still daughters, try looking at them.

Hi - 2 of those 3 bulls are on the Australian accredited AI list. Here is the link to the AI list, it is at least helpful a bit for you I hope.

Danny boy and Posh are on the list - I have seen calves by both but only to look at - not to assess.
both bulls are tested free of chondrodysplasia and PHA. you can also look up the animals by them and the owners in Australia if you are that interested.
Regards

Sorry haven't a 'photo of Jupiter - he was on semen collection station during foot and mouth outbreak and couldn't get the photographer in to take photo. Have a picture of him as a young bull however.
As Saffy so rightly says it is the bulls dam and female ancestors that are so important when choosing a bull. I am very particular and won't keep a bull no matter how good he looks if his dam and granddam are not excellent.
Can send a picture of his dam Jenny Moomin - if you have not seen it already [ it is the black cow on the front of the dexter folder new members get] if you send me your email address.
I would put it on this website but I don't know how to put pictures on!
