Short notice of herd dispersal at Rugby Market Monday 5th May.
Dr & Mrs Guppy from South Leics are selling off their herd of 17 cows aged from 2-1/2 to 8 years fo age,8 heifers,11 calves and 3 steers.
These are to go through the market as the last lot of the sale.

Do you know if there is a catalogue? I have looked on the markets website but there seems to be a problem with listing any auctions.

Hi
We went to the sale just to look but considering the cows were not incalf and had calved last June and were sold without their calves I thought they sold well. Most went for between £245 - £290. Lisa Bell bought the 4 best and I think a dealer may have bought most of the others.The calves sold well a steer made over £300 and a nice red heifer made £200.
The cows were all in good condition most were non short, they would have been good suckler cows.

Ps they were not on halters
