I was looking at the new cheaper online transfers system the society has set up, as you can only transfer animals off via the website, how do you go about transferring an animal on for which you (the purchaser) are paying the fee?

Apparantly (so I was told by the DCS when I tried to do a transfer) the on line transfer for the purchaser is not allowed. Facility is for vendors only!

So if you're a purchaser, you're forced to pay the full £12 & send it via post? I did e-mail the office on the subject, but it's been a week now...
