May someone on council can confirm which is correct and if there is only 4 standing who should not be included in the list of members standing
AGM papers - Elcetion of council
I have just received all the paperwork for the forcoming AGM and noticed there will not be an election of council members, as correct me if I'm wrong but it says that due to there being 4 vacancies and 4 members standing they will be elected onblock and then it goes on to list five members details.
May someone on council can confirm which is correct and if there is only 4 standing who should not be included in the list of members standing
