I totally forgot about Friday's GBM, so had to watch it on the computer. Fantastic publicity and I know at least one of the chefs we deal with has been following the programme. I've yet to hear his comments after Friday's GBM. He was quite excited about the publicity Dexter beef was getting....I suppose it's also good for his business, especially when customers are asking if there's Dexter beef on the menu when booking tables.
