Last month I had a wonderful visit from a young Welsh Dexter breeder, Rhian Hamer and her friend, Rachel. It was so nice to have a couple of farmers to talk to and enjoy my little area of the world. We visited another Dexter breeder, saw a small sheep farm and went on an unplanned 3 hour horseback ride. Three very stiff farmers after that! They went on to the Calgary Stampede and I think Rhian will be back next year. Gotta love those cowboys! Way to go, Rhian!
