Dexter Gateway Concept

I was not at the AGM and I wonder whether there was any discussion about the Dexter Gateway Concept as described in the September Bulletin ?

There was discussion, I am not sure any definite conclusions were reached - some discussion on whether the same system would suit all areas, eg distances in Scotland make moving live steers expensive, TB in some areas causes complications, and some thought best to have discussion locally and see what collective feedback there was. Also some discussion on funding eg DCS distribute money budgeted for this to local groups. I should have taken notes, maybe someone can be clearer about it than me.
