Yes folks please support Alan in this effort to get our Society back onto a more open footing. For several years our Council has hidden behind a veil of secrecy with various excuses trotted out to justify it. There can be no reason why our Council minutes should not be publicly available, as long as there is provision for he FEW occasions when confidential matters relating to members are discussed. As it stands we do not know what decisions are made, who voted for them, or even who was present at meetings.

With Council maintaining that under company law resolutions require support of 5% of membership before they can be put to the AGM every member who supports this must indicate support this motion.
