For the first time that I can recall background details of each new Council member is not included in the AGM papers. This decision by the Executive Committee is another example of shoddy treatment of members. As Ken Hobbs seems to be the Council website communicator perhaps he could explain this decision and also advise whether members will eventually receive this information.
For your information other Council members have to date also NOT seen this information and they only saw the AGM papers some 24 hours before the cut off date and that was only because a formal request was made.

As in previous years are members going to be advised PRIOR to the AGM who they will be expected to vote for as President Elect?
Is there any reason why the Open Forum for the first time in recent memory has been scheduled BEFORE the AGM and why does it last only 45 minutes before 'the curtain' comes down?
