Beldex
Dexway
Little Beltaway
Delter
:)
We have used a Dexter bull on Belties and had similier results.
Went to see a chap who put limo on second calvers and now uses a Canadian Angus on them for last two years - saw one calf (very nice) other two incalf, fairly plain not massive non-short cows but says they calve on their own. He is a commercial guy who just bought them cheap and runs them with lims, blues and others -guess whos boss?. They are for sale- they have no papers but are pure asking 495 but said take 800 for the 2 2006 cows with out calf if anybodies interested? Look on preloved
Have you both finished your silage/haymaking?

Just done 40 acres round bale hay today. Got some ryegrass/red clover silage as well from a month ago. Lovely weather, will hopefully be doing a 2nd cut on the RC soon. Glad to have aftermath now as running low on grazing. Could do with some rain now.

I think Beldex is best one so far.

I asked on a forum what to call my Stabiliser X Dexters recently. Best answer was Destabilisers :)

I could be Monica as I just sold my bull today. Can I come and have a look? We're not far from you. PM me if OK. I will know whether I've sold by early next week.
