Sold All of Our Dexter Beef!
A while ago I debated what to do with our Dexter steer, I even advertised him for sale. My butcher then said he would come and collect him and take him to slaughter for me and so the date was set. Quite a sad day when he went but once I put the word around that I would have Dexter beef boxes for sale I sold 6 boxes and we now have what was left. The beef if wonderful and the feedback so far has been tremendous. With further orders promised I think we would do it again if we had another steer. I just wanted to spread a bit of good news that even in this current climate people like good quality meat and are willing to pay for it.
