No, not Dexter calves, nor Shetland lambs. Me!! An OAP, oh joy :p Do I get my zimmer frame and Stannah stair lift now or do I have to wait for them?
And for you lot who like to socialise I can tell you that all I wanted to do today was ..... nothing. However if the rest of you want to have a virtual party, go ahead.

Congratulations, but I don't think you get a zimmer till you need one. I hope that is not for a long time yet!!

OAP at 60? Gee, in Canada we are not OAP 'til 65. I wonder, does that make me feel younger than you in England?! :p
Do they make walkers with really big wheels, for the barnyard?

I should think the medical folk expect you to give up the farmyard once you need to start using a zimmer frame Marion.
Well done Sylvia, now just make it a healthy next 20 years and you'll really have achieved something. :D Its much more fun in 'retirement' if you've got good health. Its 65 here in NZ for Superannuation also. You guys in England are spoilt.

Marion and Inger you may think we are spoilt in Britain but I'm not so sure. It is not that much fun being labelled oap at 60 and as it is a fact there isn't much point in ignoring it. It is 65 for men in the UK now and changing for women gradually. Never mind, the pension will buy a couple of bags of feed and I get a free bus pass apparently. Mind you I'll have to keep fit to use it, the bus stop is down in the village a very healthy walk away.
John C. That is what I intended to do but 3 ewes ignored my explicit instructions not to lamb yesterday and thought they'd each give me a present (3 sets of twins). A very nice bit of fillet steak for supper though so not all bad.:D

Inger, Maybe we should design a barnyard capable walker now. These little cows have me hooked, I seem to be getting more involved instead of less as I age! :p How about you??
Happy 60 Sylvia :D
