We have just agreed a joint marketing venture with our local butcher who will market our meat and we will share the 'profit' - fortunately we can trust him. We are putting together a joint peice for the paper which hopefuuly will be of benefit and was wondering if anyone had some good quality photos of the various cuts of beef from Dexter cattle. Any help would be appreciated as we are just about to slaughter our first two and we really want to hit the ground running. Digital images would be ideal so that we could also put these on our website. Many Thanks for your support - weithout your help and advice our frist year would not have gone as smoothly as it has.
