i lost one of my heiffers to a positive tb test,compensation was agreed about four weeks ago ,does anyone know how long defra take to pay out?
we are booked in for the next tb test in september,fingers crossed for a clear result!

Very sorry to hear of your loss and good luck with DEFRA after fmd some people are still waiting for payment but most of us received our 'dues' about 6 weeks after slaughter
