my steer is nearly ready,for my sheep and pigs i use stiles.but its quite a trek.
can anyone recommend a closer abattoir? i`m in wick between bristol and bath .ideally with a butcher who will hang the meat for two weeks.thanks timz

Are Bakers at Nailsea, just south of Bristol any better. They will cut them up for you.
They kill my Dexter Steers, but I hang and cut them myself
