Registration of Food Businesses

Having just spoken to environmental health it would seem that the following link

https://www.gov.uk/food-premises-approval-wales

is misleading. Approval and registration are two completely different things. You still need to inform them 28 days before you start supplying food to anyone including friends and family (not living at the same address) regardless of how small an operation you run. I assume that this also applies to England and Scotland.

Just when I thought I could de-register and not be inspected it seems my plans have been scuppered.
