Thanks. Really pleased to have got the award considering our lack of experience, it goes to show how good Dexter is as a product. We really need to get the butchery up and running now so we can actually start selling to product. We are in the process of building a butchery using a converted reefer container, we've now had it reviewed by environmental health and needed to make a few changes. Sadly we will missed the summer trade this, on the bright side we should be well prepared for next summer!
