there are 3 classes for dexters .class17dexter calf upto 12 months class 18 dexter heifer class 19 dexter cow/heifer with calf at foot. the judge is mrs veronica schofield . i think this is the only dexter society approved show in lancashire this year . schedules available on line at greatharwoodshow.co.uk or ring me on 07952842669 and will post you one thank you jim riding

just looked at the classes for the dexter section but there isnt a class for a cow without a calf at foot. which class would it go in?

class 19 should have worded it different cow /heifer that has calved with or without calf hope to see you there thank you jim riding

entries still being accepted the show is TB exempt due to it being a one day show and the cattle marquee has no sides hoping for a dry day and no wind

a very big thank you to all the people that brought and showed your dexter cattle . we had 27 cattle foward . thank you mrs schofield for judging .the champion was s&k darnbrooks planetree nemesis with the reserve going to y&m medley ...sorry dont have name of , and planetree nemesis then went on to stand reserve supreme . thank you jim riding

Welldone jim, over 80 cattle and 27 of them dexters, what a nice bunch they were too,all credit to the judge, very fair, hard job, although not everyone would agree,

lovey to hear that there was such a good turn out. Well done to you all and especially to Jim for all his hard work getting these classes for dexters of the ground.

did anyone get any pictures of the dexter classes ,we had a show photograher going round but she hasnt posted any pictures yet on her facebook page . i took a few on my phone and posted them on my facebook page (jim riding)
