cost of winter housing

We have been offered winter housing by a local lady who has buildings but no livestock apart from a couple of horses (should we feel the need for it this winter). It is a 3 sided barn - open on the smaller side - plenty big enough, but not huge, with concrete floor and concrete hard standing of a similar size outside as an added bonus. The lady, who lives on site, will provide the building, water and electric light and we will look after our cattle and supply all fodder, bedding etc. We have 5 cows, 4 yearlings and up to 5 calves due in the next few weeks. How much rent should we be expecting to pay per month? Thanks.
