future sales

can anyone tell me a good sale i can go to where their is usually some good quality long leg bulls for sale as the ones on the web site seemed over priced or not haltered trained and it hard to see their faults if any with out seeing them and some are so far away

Melton Mowbray breed sale on Sat 14th September. i think there may be a couple of quality non short bulls there, one may be my senior bull, EX91,depends on things leading up to the sale.
Plenty of other haltered inspected stock as well, always a quality sale.

Whereabouts are you? There was a good selection of bulls at the Carlisle sale last year and I'm planning to take a Jan born black non-short bull stirk this year.

Surely that depends upon the quality of the bull, and the auction format certainly avoids that.

That's true, it also depends upon the numbers available.
