Nothing planned at the minute, though could do to have a bit of a thin out.
Entries close on the 12th so may still get a couple entered, probably cows with young calves.

we didnt get around to entering any cattle for york, but will have some for sale this year to reduce numbers to an easierly manageable level.
Hope to see some of you at the sale thought on the 27th

catalogue now available for the york rare breeds sale.
not many registered dexters if the catalogue details are correct, but a fair few steers for sale.

That's weird - if you open the PDF catalogue online it doesn't have the breeds listed, but if you download it & open with Adobe Reader the breeds appear.
I guess an awful lot of people cut back before winter & either slaughtered or sent their stock to Ireland.

hope i havent confused anyone, or upset any vendors by saying there werent many entries at york.
had only been looking at the unregistered section, had missed the registered cattle.
