Members of the DCS had a petitioning system like parliament on their website (within the Council Matters area) so that members could make suggestions about projects and such like. Then if there were sufficient ‘votes’ for something the matter had to receive serious consideration at the next Council meeting. By the same token, if Trustees had a future project in mind could put it to the vote to see how much support there is.
