Breeds at Risk Registration

I came across this today, it having been mentioned on another forum (BFF).
Dexters are listed by Defra on their July 2012 UK Breeds at Risk (BAR) listing (http://archive.defra.gov.uk/foodfarm/fa ... t-risk.pdf).
It appears that by registering them with AH you may be exempted from culling in certain circumstances (http://www.defra.gov.uk/animal-diseases ... xemptions/).
