TB pre-movement testing

Hi,
I am not convinced the answer would be the same if I rang up twice to enquire so thought I would ask your opinions too.
My bull has gone out on loan. Last year when he went I contacted animal health to enquire about returning to our premises. I was advised if he returned within the 60 days of the initial test then he would not need retesting. This did seem strange to me as he has been exposed to a new area, however they also told me that cattle cannot be re-injected with the Tb test within the 60 days, as the animal may react to the first injection. So if your animal is going somewhere for less than 60 days from the initial test what is your understanding of the requirements.
