Export requirements for Northern Ireland

Can anyone give me a quick lesson in whatis required to send steers over to northern Ireland. i will ring around on Monday but it is just to satisfy myself over the weekend it is possible.

For some reason the link which Duncan provided locked me out. What is required at our end differs depending on whether the steers are going direct for slaughter or will have a period of finishing on farm
