DCS office communication problems

Can you put this on your website please to inform members of the problems we are having due to someone trying to steal 300 meters of BT copper cabling.
IMPORTANT : The phone lines are currently down at the Dexter Cattle Society office.
We are unable to take calls or receive emails. It is anticipated that normal business will resume on
