I think its gone around Email, but i havent seen it on here.
The Scottish Dexter group are aving a beef day at our farm on the 20th Feb.
If any DCS members outside the area want to make the treck to Sanquhar, i think they would be most welcome.
If you would like more info drop me a line.
i think we will have a look at our stock and see some butchery looking at a carcass and seeing maybe how we add value to beasts and unusual cuts including offal.
hopefully have a friendly chef on hand to talk and maybe cook.
