hi we have a young bull calf which seems to have a large cluster of wart like growths ,similar to a peice of coral on the back of his neck,could anyone shed light on what this growth could be.?

Without seeing it, it is almost certainly just warts, papilloma, angleberries or various other local names. There are a variety of such things caused by similar closely related viruses, they will eventually disappear, and are rarely a problem unless they happen to blow up just as your are wanting to sell or show animals, or get onto awkward places which can interfere with reproductive function. Back of the neck is fairly safe in that line. Search this board for lots of stuff on warts or angleberries.
