our local farmer has an excess of barley straw. big rectangular bales 80cmx70cm x aprox2400long. it works out at 5 bales to the ton. if any wants it mite be a good backload for a transport company. we are ongar in essex post code cm4. £9 PER BALE I THINK BUT I WILL CHECK. THATS £45PER TONNE .

i buy mine from him very nice straw. ive checked with him its actuall £8. per bale if its going on a lorry. thats £40 PER TONNE. I PAY 45 BECAUSE HE DELIVERS A TON OR TWO AT A TIME
