This idea is being used on Pedigree Sheep site that I subscribe to and I hoped I could start it on this site.

Here are a few pics of our Dexters and a short explanation.

This is our oldest cow Nutlin Ginger Spice.

Image

And Woodmagic Pigeon below.

Image

This is our youngest cow Woodmagic Mallard 8th.

Image

The steer below is Mallards last years calf. Born April 2008.

Image

This heifer calf is her calf born this April by our stock bull Woodmagic Hedgehog 4th.

Image

This heifer below is Duffryn Stonechat. She is out of Woodmagic Martin 6th and by Woodmagic Rhinoceros.

Image

Last but not least Woodmagic Hedgehog 4th, whose warts are retreating at last but not in time for this years shows!

Image

Hope you enjoyed the little tour. I am hoping to see some other herds on here!!!

Here's my attempt. Best option is probably to use the slide show button at the bottom. This is my type of showing!!!

Hello Pudser,

Nutlin Ginger Spice is 12 years old, so not that ancient for a Dexter.

Lovely to see some more Virtual Herd visits and such big herds!

How many cows and heifers do you run at buryhill, i am so envouse of you running so many bulls.
we are struggling along with 1 bull at the minute and we are calling in reinforcements with a borrowed bull.

it would be great to have a choice!!

You've got a very arty angle on that last shot Emma. It is great to see different herds, although I have seen yours in the flesh!
